The back patio to the beach was wonderful. The hot tub, sauna, kids pools were all in great working order. The room was good size, the bed was comfortable and the pull out couch allows for extra sleeping. The shower was wc accessible. Had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Fresh coffee was in lobby at all times. Breakfast was thorough. Fresh strawberries on Wed was a great treat.

We liked Absolutely Everything!! We had a king size mobility access room with a view. The set up was amazing especially for people mobility impaired. The added bonus was having a deck with a ramp to get to the back area with paths a beach and family friendly activities provided by the hotel. We will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friend. We have already made plans to make this our destination stay for future getaways.

The whole backyard was an experience. Lots of fun activities. The waterfall in the hot tub. The view of the lake was amazing. Listening to the waves crash. And I loved Kristins customer service. A lil smart ass and a whole lot of professionism. Thank you Kristin for the warm welcome. And the fast good bye.

The hotel had a great little beach with lots of benches outside and wonderful views. The lawn games were an unexpected and delightful find. The pool area and hot tub were also great. The fitness center was well-equipped and I loved having a private little back patio that opened out onto the lake.

The hot breakfast and coffee in the lobby were both convenient and delicious. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The pool was also spacious and fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Located on Lake Superior - Private Beach in the Cheq. Bay of Lake Superior - The Apostle Islands. The property is always clean and comfortable. Allows my 2 large service dogs. Located near the home of my children.

We were there for our Dad's funeral and they went over the top for us. They made sure we had all our rooms together. Gary was just wonderful with everything we needed. We are coming back next weekend and it will definitely we our hotel we will always choose when we come to Ashland.

The staff was very friendly, Gary was super nice and talkative and super funny. Maddie was very nice too and helping us with a room problem.
